XIII TROFEO MARQUÉS DE VELILLA 13/08/22
La prueba se disputó bajo la divertida modalidad “parejas mejor bola” y que se inició de forma simultánea a las 09:30 horas.
Una vez concluida la competición, todos los participantes se congregaron en la terraza del Restaurante del Club para disfrutar de un exquisito buffet maridado con el tinto Marqués de Velilla y el blanco Viña de Mercado, que precedió a la ceremonia de entrega de trofeos que dirigió Israel Rodríguez, Director Gerente de Vall d’Or Golf, y en la que participó activamente D. José Hernández de Mercado, propietario de las Bodegas Marqués de Velilla, que también dirigió unas amables palabras a todos los presentes.
Un fenomenal sorteo de regalos cortesía de la Bodega puso el colofón a una gran jornada de golf.

XIII Torneo Vall d’Or Golf
During the morning of Saturday, July 30th, the “XIIIth Vall d’Or Golf Tournament” was held at the Vall d’Or Golf facilities. The championship was played under the most enjoyable modality Two Ball Better Ball.
Shotgun was at 9:30 am for the 76 players.
After the end of the competition, the awards ceremony was held, led by the Managing Director of Vall d’Or Golf, Mr. Israel Rodríguez Rojas, accompanied by Mr. Jaume Monserrat, Mayor of Felanitx. The two most notable couples were those of Llucia Mas Litten and Teresa Calvar Mas, scratch winners, and Dieter Gralla and Dr. Klaus Hubert Saget, 1st ranked handicap couple. At the same time, the annual champions and runners-up of the Wednesday Golf Tournament 2021-22 were also awarded. Received their respective trophies Gisela Strickrodt, Champion 2021-22, Anne Marie Muller Runner-up and in the gentlemen category: Max Etter, Champion, and Axel Noack Runner-up 2021-22.
This event was preceded by a wonderful buffet, prepared by the Restaurant mÁxime, that took place in a wonderful atmosphere of cordiality.
It is worth highlighting the great gift raffle that took place after the awards ceremony.

We would like to inform you, that our up to now greenkeeper, Bartolomé Matemales, has voluntarily decided to leave Vall d’Or Golf, after more than thirty years in the company.
Our most sincere thanks for his work during those years and we wish him all the best at anything that he undertakes, both professionally and personally.
Given this situation, we announce that Darío Caparros, a professional with extensive experience, from the Hato Verde Golf Club, in Seville, will replace him in these tasks as of February 1, 2022.
